Official opening of the Lunar New Year Zodiac Stamp/ Hong Bao Exhibition on 10^th January 2009. Guest of honour was Ms Denise Phua Lay Peng, MP for Jalan Besar GRC & Adviser to Kg Glam GROS, is augurating the ribbon cutting with the President of KASS, Mr Low Seng San on the right, on the left Vice President of KASS Ms Connie Tai, Vice President of KASS Mdm Rani and Mr Wally Tan (behind Ms Denise Phua) Adivser of KASS Stamp Society.
